Usage Instructions:

1. Before starting the teeth whitening treatment, first brush your teeth with Nordic Smile Regenerative Factor Repair Toothpaste.
2. Leave the toothpaste in your mouth, then turn on the red light wave treatment. After 5 minutes, spit it out. (Nordic Smile Regenerative Factor Repair Toothpaste contains 146 types of amino acids and has a calcium-to-phosphorus ratio of 1:67, which is identical to enamel. Paired with the red light wave treatment, the toothpaste can more effectively create a protective layer for the teeth, relieve tooth sensitivity, stimulate the growth of collagen, remove dental plaque, improve periodontal disease, and extend the whitening effect.)
3. Twist the PAP+ Whitening Pen, apply an amount about the size of a soybean to one or two teeth, and turn on the blue light wave treatment.
