To make purchases on HSKT.store you do not need to register; however, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
Discover new trends and the most interesting designers directly from our Home Page selections, by choosing a designer or category from the navigation menu, or by using the website’s internal search.
- From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product
- Add the product to your Shopping Bag
- Once you have finished shopping, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in your Shopping Bag
- Enter your email and your shipping address
- Select a shipping and a payment method
- Check that the information you entered is correct and click “Purchase Now”You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you with another confirmation email.

Prices are determined by each partner boutique, the price indicated is the same as in-store price, sometimes we will have exclusive discount available for selected boutiques too.

Unfortunately not. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been registered, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. To return any items please refer to our Return Policy.

Unfortunately we are unable to combine two orders in one shipment, as order details are processed automatically.
As soon as the packages are shipped from our warehouse or the merchant, you will receive a confirmation email for each order, with separate Tracking Numbers and invoices.

The Promotional Coupon of HSKT.STORE give you access to exclusive offers. To receive Promotional Coupons, subscribe to our HSKT.STORE news.
To take advantage of a promotion, enter the coupon code in the appropriate field at checkout and click “Apply Coupon”. Only one HSKTCOUPON can be used for each order.
If the code doesn’t work please double check the dates of the promotion and which products and categories it can be applied to from the newsletter.

Our Customer Service team are unable to reactivate any promotional discounts. Promotional discounts and promotional codes are also non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
Some HSKT promotions cannot be used simultaneously. If there are two promotional offers available, you’ll have to choose which promotion you’d like to apply. If there’s a live campaign that’s automatically applied at checkout, all you need to do is add your promo code of choice at checkout to overwrite it.

According to the delivery Location there may be local taxes and duties for your order. HSKT calculates these fees for you: the exact amount of local taxes and duties for your order will be indicated in the Shopping Bag and throughout Checkout. The total you pay when you complete your order already includes all duties and taxes owed to local authorities. You will not need to pay any further fees when the package is delivered.
All shipments will be sent from Merchant directly or through HK Distribution Centre. Import duties and local taxes are added at checkout. You will have no extra costs at delivery.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from Merchant or our HK Distribution Center, approx. 2-3 business days from order date. Fedex is our major courier for all shipments shipping from distribution center, except for Hong Kong, SAR of China where we ship with S.F. Express.
Our HK Distribution Center is closed for these Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Can I choose a delivery date/time?
You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Enter the Order Number that you received via email in the Follow your Order page regardless if your parcel is shipped from Merchant directly or through our distribution center in Hong Kong. Can I choose a delivery date/time?
Our vendors from Asia will prepare your order and ship it to our Hong Kong, SAR of China distribution center.

You can try to contact the courier in charge of the shipment to organize a possible delivery date.
You will find the courier Tracking Number inside the Shipping Confirmation email.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:
- Check the order status: in the My Orders section for registered users; or by entering the Order Number from the confirmation email in the Track your Order page
- Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct
- In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the courier in charge of the shipment.

All items sold in HSKT are non-refundable and non-returnable.
HSKT only accepts exchanges and returns for the following reasons:
• Product damaged/defective
• Incorrect product/color/size delivered
• Improper product sizing
Customers must contact HSKT.store within 7 days of receiving the product to request an EMN (Exchange Merchandise Number) and return the merchandise within 7 days after contacting us. The exchanged item must be in good and undamaged condition. If an item has a brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position. Upon receiving the item, HSKT will inspect and reserves the right to make the final decision in arranging the exchange for the relevant item. Late requests will not be accepted.Â
If the item does not meet the requirements, HSKT has the right to refuse the exchange services and return the original item to the buyer. The shipping fee will be borne by customers.
If you need to request a refund for the above reasons instead of exchanging a replacement item, customers must contact HSKT within 7 days of receiving the item to get a RMN (Return Merchandise Number) and return the merchandise within 7 days after contacting us. Otherwise, the request will not be processed. The returned item must be in good and undamaged condition. If an item has a brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position. Once HSKT receives your return, we will issue a credit voucher for you and the customer may deducted from their next purchase.
Please be aware that for hygiene reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:Â
• Opened beauty products or health and beauty supplements
• Buy one get one free products
• Clearance items: indicated on their product page with a notice stating “Clearance items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable”
• Swimwear
• Underwear and shapewear
• Jumpsuits and onesies
• Earrings
• Wigs and hair extensions
• Costumes and party dresses
You can return any items purchased on HSKT.Store within 7 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
Contact our customer service team to fill out the Return Form in order to get a Return Number.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund credit.
By requesting RMN you will be also receiving a return label for easy shipping. A flat Return Fee of USD 16.00 will be automatically deducted from your refund.Â
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country/region they were purchased from.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 7 to 14 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund credits will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email about your HSKT store credits.

You can certainly use a different courier than the one provided by us except for EMS. Please make sure you have your RMN (Return Merhandise Number) ready for your return, except for EMS. Please send the return to the following address:

Keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, HSKT.STORE is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service and contact our customer service about your return details. If you use your own return method, no return fee will be deducted from your refund.
To avoid delays, please do not combine returns from separate orders. For each return order, it has an individual RMN (Return Merhandise Number). You can find more information about our return procedures on the Return and Exchange Policy page.
